Abochir Y. Delavshok is the founder and senior partner of the company. In 1976 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Foreign Relations. Abochir has been involved in the marine commercial and legal business for more than 30 years already, from which 15 years (1978-1994) he devoted to working for the Legal Department of the Novorossiysk Shipping Company "NOVOSHIP" dealing with cargo claims, demurrage/dispatch cases, collision matters and other commercial and legal problems.  Since 1994 Abochir has been a partner and the head of the legal firm "Delavshok & Partners" Ltd. working as practicing lawyer for the Firm. Having broad experience in all aspects of shipping and marine law presently he is dealing with various legal and commercial cases,  including cargo claims, ship/cargo arrest, collisions, general average etc., acting mostly on behalf of P&I Clubs/ their Members and other Principals.

Natalya Delavshok /Lawyer/

Natalya A. Delavshok, Kuban State University Department of Law graduate, has been working with this company since 2003. Natalya previously worked for the well-known maritime agency company Barwill Novorossiysk Ltd for 2,5 years occupying the position of the legal expert. In Barwill Novorossiysk Ltd. Natalya was responsible for various documentation, including contracts, commercial correspondence, and dealings with port, municipal and fiscal authorities and notary public. In our company Natalya is dealing with legal and administrative matters and is involved in handling maritime, civil and administrative cases.
